| Amis engineering works is a supplier of a special machine for washing of small parts. Applications of the special machine for washing machinery parts from amis engineering works: this machine can be used for washing various types of components during overhauling automobiles, big diesel engines, printing machinery or any other machinery where parts need thorough cleaning after they are dismantled and before re-assembly of the machine. Structural features of the washing machine: the special machine for washing has a very compact design and the major parts are: gear pump with motor for spraying kerosene/diesel/any other cleaning fluid through ss nozzles; motor with a gearbox for driving the basket in which the components are kept for cleaning; a round basket to hold a load of about 150 to 200 kg per cleaning cycle; necessary piping, tubing and a sheet metal enclosure with a viewing window. Mode of operation of the special machinery parts washing machine from amis engineering works: the basket rotates at 8-10 rpm with the components to be cleaned. The ss flat jet nozzles are fixed at different angles onto the top cover as well as below the basket for effective cleaning and washing of the various parts. Special interlocks have been provided to ensure safety of the operating personnel. The machine will not start unless the door is closed. The basket motor must be on before pump can start. Specific measurements of the special washing machine: the overall size of the machine is: 980 [w] x 1100 [l] x 1300 [h] mm. Customizability features: special machines can be designed for similar applications to meet specific customer requirements.
