| Amis engineering works manufactures and presents bag slitting/powder-feeding equipment. These special purpose equipments are used for slitting powder bags on bottom through motorised slitting saws. After this process, the powder is fed into the reactor.
Since the main components are fully-automatic, plc controlled and pneumatically with two toughened glass doors and three toughened glass fixed windows for viewing operation, they are provide total safety as far as the contact of powers with the human skin or inhaling powders is concerned. Three-phase motor drives the ss-316 slitting saw directly at 3000 rpm.
In addition, the main components are fabricated structure, duly powder coated with four pneumatic cylinders for closing the bag inlet door, clamping the bag, pulling the bag over sifting saw and bottom door for empty bag disposal.
