Anergy instruments manufactures centrifugal air separator to remove dissolved air/gases or micro-bubbles from closed or open hydronic hvac boiler or other water/fluid systems. The separator can separate undissolved impurities in the process with operation principle featuring tangentially mounted connections as the inside water is brought into rotation. This unique rotation process forces heavy medium water against the wall while air is collected in the middle. The collected air rises to the top and gets vented to the outside by the float vent in the air separator. Whereas heavy impurities than water like sand, welding debris and like are forced to settle down at the bottom and are removed through drain points of the bottom. The company also supplies the centrifugal air separator with strainer that filters all impurities lighter or heavier than water. Removing the bottom flange can easily clean this strainer of the centrifugal air separator.
