| Flovell dispensers & systems suppliesoffers a sealant-applying gun, model f01s. Model f01s is athis is a pneumatic gun that dispenses sealants like rtv from the cartridges at a constant pressure activated by pressing a switch. The operator of this sealant applying gun need not physically push the material out of the cartridge. The use of a gun therefore ensures guarantees consistent bead width throughout the usage of a cartridge, irrespective of the force at which the switch is pressed. Through a special pneumatic cut-off valve, the sealant dispensing is stopped on release of the button. This stopping of dispencing prevents wasteful dripping and oozing. The sealant applying gun is ergonomically designed, portable and light in weight,. This sealant applying gunit can be provided supplied with a special screw lock and needle to apply small and consistent bead widths. The sealant applying gun has to be connected to a regulated compressed air supply for operation. No electrical connection is necessary. Loading and unloading of cartridge is very easy and a trained operator can perform this in a few seconds. This gunit is ideal for automobile appliances, electronics, construction and any industrial application requiring rtv sealants. The size of the sealant-applying gun varies for different sizes of the rtv tubes.
