| Polyquip provides pneumatic conveying systems for toilet soap noodles. A typical system consists of picking up the noodles from the plodder by venturi and transfer the same by pneumatic conveying systems to storage silos of capacities ranging from 5m3 to 100m3 and discharge the same by gravity in weighed quantity by load cell based weighing systems to the mixers. These systems give absolutely smooth transfer of noodles in closed form protecting them from contamination with foreign materials. The systems are capable of handling soap noodles of moisture content up to 18 per cent. The systems can be automated to any extent up to the use of plc and control systems depending upon the user`s requirements. Materials of construction include ss-304 contact parts with ss lined silos. Efficient dust collection is introduced to prevent soap dust escaping from the plants.
