| Ansha equipments manufactures kynar pvdf/polypropylene process pumps, a type of horizontal pumps, supplied by polyquip., . Pumps made of pvdf and polypropylene have a crucial role in hard-to-handle corrosive and hazardous chemicals in process industry plants. These pumps have moulded construction in pvdf or polypropylene for handling hcl, hf and h2so4.The impeller is fixed on the shaft and is given with suitable sleeve/extensions in hastelloy-c, glass filled teflon and alloy-20. These pumps are available with grafoil gland packing or an appropriate mechanical seal. The bearing block adaptor is a separate piece and is equipped with glass filled polypropylene to avoid effect of the corrosion when liquid leaks through the glands. These pumps come up to 50 m3/hr capacity and maximum head up to 45 metres.
