Polyquip presents double-effect and triple-effect evaporation systems, from v g engineers pvt ltd. These systems are based ono thermocomprssion and the latest technology. The systems also special heat recovery systems ending in minium energy consumption per ton of water evaporated. Forced circulation type external calendria systems make the plant small increase life of the plant due to self-cleaning action by preventing scale formation. The systems are tailor-made to befit steam pressure in factory and also feed conditions and the extent of concentration needed. The completely computerised system design can optimise process conditions and design of the plant to yield minimum energy consumption for different feed conditions and parameters. The evaporation systems can be offered in msm ss-304, ss-316 and other materials of construction. They are perfectely suited to chemical, pharamaceutical, dye intermediates, sugar concentration of sweet water, for glycerine, etc.
