These gear pumps are made of graded cast iron, lapped finished gear pair and hardened & ground shafts provided with sintered bushes. These pumps have salient features, such as simple and compact design, low noise, and high efficiency, easy maintenance, reliable and low cost. These pumps operate up to maximum pressure of 10 kg/cm2. The suction and delivery connections are available in 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1/4", l/z", 2, 2/i" and 3" size. These pumps are well suited for pumping and transfer of corrosive chemicals, acid, dyes, resins, pigments, printing inks and various other liquids up to viscosity of 10,000 ssu and temperature up to 200 degree celsius. |
