| Valtrak control systems manufactures process control valves specially designed for control of a valve or a group of valves from remote location, operation of valves located in unreachable positions, automatic and sequential valve operations in process plants. In this system pneumatic rotary actuators are fitted on a full range of ball, butterfly, plug valves and other applications where up to 900 rotary torques is necessary for power operation and remote control. These pneumatic actuators are mounted directly on the shaft of valves and are very powerful and have compact double rack and pinion units to offer torques up to 1,200 nm at 4 to 5 bar air supply pressure. The utilization of high-grade steel and aluminium parts with the 3-point extension support system makes this unit reliable for the automation of high performance industrial valves. It has also synthetic bearings that prevent any metallic contact between moving components and hence offer long life. The spring return actuators include multiple spring concepts for maximum flexibility and have extended shaft for position indication. From a single connection plant air is valved through the ports into inner and outer chambers alternatively. There are solenoid valves in stainless steel, brass and aluminium alloy in weather and explosion-proof construction to operate the valves with the electrical signal and steady air sup-ply. Process control valves are used in various fields like: chemical and petrochemical industries, oil handling sector, paper and sugar mills, breweries, dairies, food and pharmaceutical industries, tanneries, oil platforms, hospitals and hotels, thermal and nuclear power stations, water treatment plants, air-conditioned buildings, and engineering companies.
