| Mech-tex manufacturing co supplies offers a reversible synchronous motor, model mtr 5. Mtr 5 this is a permanent magnet type motor with two stator windings. By connecting a capacitor in series phase displacement of excitation current is obtained by connecting a capacitor in series . These capacitor is with one winding. Reversal is effected electrically with single pole changeover switch reversal is effected electrically. Hardened and polished steel spindle of motor runs in sintered bronze bearings. Specifications of reversible synchronous motor include: speed - 500 rpm; torque - 75 gm cm; power consumption - 2.5 w; standard voltages - 220, 110, 48 and 24 v; and, dimensions - o48 x o24 max.
