| Smooth vertical lifting of heavy loads presents many problems, and there are many methods adopted, some hydraulic and other non-hydraulic. Instrumentation & controls supplies hydraulic scissors lift table. The hydraulic scissors lift table is a very versatile method of lifting heavy and bulky loads. Hydraulic scissors it consists of lifting gear ,[scissors type linkage, etc], hydraulic cylinder, hand pump or motorised pump unit, all being fitted under the table or the platform to be lifted with loads. The platform frame is made of the scissor is composed offrom channel or angle section and steel plate. This scissor it moves freely on two or more roller wheels. Table base frame of the hydraulic scissor or truck frame is also made up offrom channel and angles, etc, and accring to the size the frame is provided with wheels according to the size. Two of the wheels are castor wheels and two wheels are on an axle so that the trolley can be hauled and manoeuvred easily.Available ccapacities of the hydraulic scissor available are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 10 tonne; lift - 700 mm, 900 mm, 1200 mm, and 1800 mm; and platform or table size include -: width 600 to 1500 mm and length 1200 to 3000 mm.
