| Instrumentation & controls manufactures a hydraulic scissors lift table for smooth vertical lifting of heavy loads. It has a unique design with vertical table which consists of lifting gear [scissors type linkage, etc], hydraulic cylinder, hand-operated pump or motorized pump unit, all fitted under the lifting table or platform. The platform frame is made from channel section and steel plates. It moves freely on two or more roller wheels. The table base frame or truck frame is also made from channel and angles, and provided with wheels according to size. Two of the wheels are castor wheels and the other two are on an axle so that the trolley could be hauled and manoeuvered easily. Operation: the scissors set is operated by hydraulic cylinder of ample strength. As the cylinder ram advances by the pump pressure, the scissors open and the table or top frame is raised. Capacities available: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10 tonne; lift 700, 900, 1200 and 1800 mm; platform or table size: width--600 to 1500 mm, and length--1200 to 3000 mm. Unique features about this instrument are : lifting mechanism is fully hydraulic for smooth and dependable system; operation of cylinder can be either manual [by a hand pump] or power operated; loaded table can be kept at any height for any period of time; a fine flow control valve does smooth lowering of loaded table; and, pump is complete with oil tank, release valve, safety valve, drain plug and pipe lines.
