| Instrumentation & control system india offers micro-ii air electronic air gauge and multi gauging fixtures. Microprocessor operated electronic air gauging works on the back -pressure type air gauging principle. The micro-ii incorporates specially developed, highly sensitive` ceramic pressure sensor` works on the principle of resistive pressure transducer which measures the `differential pressure between the air gauge member and mag control orifice and the zero control knob and the inlet pressure. The `ceramic pressure sensor` provides` stability from drifts` and generates electrical signal which is directly proportional to the `differential pressure` between the two channels for the micro processor to process by proprietary electrical circuitry and display the `exact diameter` of the component being measured on the back lit lcd screen. The air gauging system utilizes digital signal processing to generate `analog bar graph` and digital displays. The large digital display is highly readable - exceeding the size of those in competitive instruments.
