Tribotech manufactures belt+shaft alignment system that attaches easy-laser d160 with laser transmitter on one of the sheaves and detector on the other in a few seconds. Some of the salient features of these belt+shaft alingnment systems include separate display unit making it easier, easy to read and follow the adjustment at the precise point on the machine where the adjustment is made; transmitter generated a laser plane parallel to the reference sheave; detector reads the position in relation to laser plane and provides live digital display of both offset and angular value; simple alignment of the adjustable machine; backlit display for optimum visibility in poor lighting conditions; and alignment within prescribed tolerances offer reliable and accurate results.
