When the hardware interlock of the die number is selected, the "shut height position ok " output prohibits incorrect press operation. The inbuilt plc offers useful tool for synchronization of multiple presses operation with pick and place robots as well a press transfer line. Salient features are as follows:

Crank angle dependant outputs for extra safety.
Integrated - built in high speed plc offers control for machine logic like - clutch - brake for main control, bolster control, tool ejection logic, auto lubrication control etc.
Multiple program / die no. Facility with hardware die no. Interlock.
Unidirectional positioning to eliminate backlash.
Spc control : time totalizer, job counter.
Real time clock.
Elaborate die and press safety features.
Optional force / tonnage measurement interface and parallelism interface
