| Cncs for shearing machines from asia automation are high-speed engine microprocessor-based controllers with 20 char x 4 rows of lcd hmi for ease of programming. These are provided with rake angle control. The cncs are equipped with interface for servo drives, two-speed induction motor with clutch and brake arrangement. The machines have several salient features for programming such as multiple step, step repeat count, product counter, inch/mm selection, retract setting, position correction, auxiliary inputs and outputs for peripheral machine/line interface, rake angle readout and control. The controllers are appropriate for oe requirement as well as retrofit on shearing machines, press brake back gauge automation. Apart from the cncs for shearing machines the company also provides cncs for press brakes, cncs for cut-to-length lines, cncs for bandsaw machines, etc. For the sheet metal industries.
