• Add to Inquiry Basket | Asia automation supplies cnc for shearing machines. This high-speed engine microprocessor based controller has 20 char x 4 rows of lcd hmi to make the programming simpler. To ensure the high precision it controls the back gauge with rotary encoder position feedback. It contains interface for servo drives and two-speed induction motor with clutch and brake arrangement as per the different choices of the customer. The cnc comprises all the standard features of programming such as multiple step, step repeat count, product counter, inch/mm selection, retract setting, position correction, auxiliary inputs and outputs for peripheral machine/line interface, rake angle read out and control [optional]. This controller find its best application in shearing machines, press brake back gauge automation. |
