The backgauge positions can be directly programmed and displayed through an easy to use industrial standard, fully sealed operator panel. Online teach [cut and program] mode makes programming easy. The controller positions the backgauge with cnc precision, thus the setting time required in a manual adjustment and the inaccuracy involved is reduced drastically, resulting in more strokes per minute. Omnicut can be directly interfaced to a dc servo drive and motor for faster acceleration and increased positioning accuracy.
