The control system has a variety of features like: microprocessor-based controller, precise top stop, crank angle indication-clock type led display, auto computation for clutch and brake operation, programmable strokes per minute [vfd interface], tdc band, air ejection angle, auxiliary operational timers and safety timers, automatic feeder interface, mis-feed detection; optional tonnage measurement interface; multiple die data storage; single inch continuous mode; lubrication control; elaborate safety features and self diagnostics; programmable cam angle operations for peripheral controls; multiple counters for batch production; hour meter; lcd hmi for ease of programming; and auto shut height adjustment.
