| Satronix supplies import substitute solid state dc relays pcb and chassis mounting type. These solid state dc relays are characterized by optically isolated voltage generation to drive power mosfet/igbt, which switches dc load from 5 to 500 v dc/40 amp and is controlled with small input signal, with logic circuit compatibility [3.5 to 32 v dc]. The solid state dc relays offer total safety from accidental power mosfet gate destruction. The solid state dc relays include a built-in turn off circuit to accomplish fast ssr operation, and is hermetically sealed. These dc relays rule out the need for an additional power supply. The inductive fly back at load is clamped and they are designed to allow heat transfer through mounting surfaces. Short circuit protection can be included on request.
