Technofour electronics offerscnc trainer lathe t-100. This cnc tralner lathe is a compact, table mounted trainer equipped with industrial grade, simultaneous two axis continuous path cnc controller cnc-2lx. It is most suitable ffor hi-tech education in colleges, polytechnics and in-house corporate training centres, this tralnerr lathe is most suitable. This cnc tralner lathe it is constructedbuilt on a sturdy, ground bed with a large width. The saddle and cross slide are also strong. The drive to both axes is given by powerful stepper motors and ballscrews which helps to cut the steelmake cutting of steel possible.. A six station automatic tool indexing turret is provided ffor 3 od turning and 3 id turning tools, six station automatic tool indexing turret is supplied. A face coupling is provided in turret for accurate indexing. Drive to the spindle is by variable speed dc motor in six transmissions. The spindle is hardened and precision ground.
