• Add to Inquiry Basket | Three different models of fixed probe type coatmeters based on the magnetic principle from new concepts & systems are very effective for the measurement of thickness of non-magnetic coating on magnetic base material. Three models provide different accuracy to meet the demand of different applications. The coating can be done in the materials such as plating of gold, copper, zinc, tin, chromium, hard chromium, lead etc. Coating of paint, insulation, resin coating; lining in resin, rubber, fiberglass; and as film of plastic, non-magnetic metal foils, etc. The magnetic base may be material like iron, nickel, cobalt, magnetic stainless steel, etc. The salient features of these fixed probe type coatmeters are portable, reading can be locked, calibration facility with standard calibration foils, can be used in any position, reading available on dial with meter scale on mirror, supplied with attractive wooden case, etc. These products are available in different ranges from 0 micron to 9 mm .The product has some mentionable technical specification such as accuracy of ±10 percent of the obtained reading; minimum base thickness of 1.5mm; min. Area of measurement 20 mm x 50 mm; minimum curvature radius of 50 mm; dimensions 80 mm x 60 mm x 30 mm; and weight of 300 gms. |
