| Pinnacle engineering enterprise supplies sumo series of surface grinding machines. Specifications of the surface grinders: the full range of machines is available. These include 450 x 150 mm table size manual surface grinder with longitudinal movement ball guide ways and wire rope drive, 500 x 200 mm, 750 x 250 mm, 1000 x 300 mm hydraulic and 800 x 400 mm table size hydraulic as well as nc/cnc surface grinder. Salient features of the surface grinders from the pinnacle engineering enterprise: the machines have robust base structure and internationally accepted fixed column design. The heavy box type column casting with honeycombed ribbing is rigidly clamped to heavy base casting. The spindle housing supports cartridge type spindle unit and is assembled with super precision bearing grease packed with imported grease to have a long trouble free service life. The table drive is hydraulic with soft reversal device. The automatic electronic cross-feed has a variable range of 0.5 to 6.0 mm at each table reversal with safety manual to auto interlocking device. An automatic lubrication system is provided in longitudinal as well as transverse guide ways with separate controls to control the flow of lubrication of oil. Specifications: the machines are tested as per is test-chart. The standard specifications include flatness accuracy lying within 10 micron and surface finish lying within 0.4 to 0.5 micron ra.
