It is possible to view industrial signals such as motor control, ups, switching power supply, and plc controls with the detail and clarity of up to five times that of other similar products with its 1 mhz dc oscilloscope bandwidth. The fastest sampling rate in its class, 25 mega samples per second, provides the ability to capture noise spikes, glitches and those evasive intermittents that one cannot see with lower performance products. Real time sampling insures information would not be missed.Frequency counter feature measures signals up to 2 mhz including those selectable with cursors such as noise, distortion, etc. Component test of the 740 visual dmm provides ac stimulus signal to the component and plots the voltage drop against the current measurement.
