These flow meters include state-of the-art tri-rotor design, which has unique features like no metal-to-metal contact, no ball bearings, unique bi-directional design and minimal pressure drop. The displacement flow meters precisely maintain sustained accuracy, linearity and repeatability. They demonstrate excellent performance over the entire range of liquids from low viscous liquids like lpg to highly viscous fluids like road tar as well as high temperature liquids. Their areas of applications are loading, unloading, batching, blending and custody transferring, process applications at oil terminals and depots, refineries, chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, etc. The displacement flow meters are accessible in different sizes and capacities from 20 lpm to 15,000 lpm with discharge pressure up to 100 bars and repeatability is of the order of ±0.05%. Extremely low-pressure drop during operation smoothes the progress of gravity unloading application, thereby saving energy.
