Quality machine tools offers rolex double pinch cum pyramid type plate bending machine. This machine is made with heavy duty steel fabricated housing and frame. The rolls are made of forged alloy steel moving in gunmetal bushes. The machine is constructed on a heavy duty i-beam base to eliminate vibrations. The drive is through a series of bob cut steel gears and reduction gearbox. Longitudinal grooves are given on the bottom rolls for correct feeding and easy movement of the plates. A screw jack is given to keep the top roll in horizontal position to make easy removal of formed shells. Indicators and series scales are given for correct even top roll pressure and for accurate curvature performance. The machine is available with suitable 3/440/1,440 rpm electric motor, reduction gearbox, rev/forward starter and v-belts, motor pulley and guards. It includes accessories attachment for conical rolling, extended rolls for section rolling as an option and section bending formers come at extra cost.
