| Lavingia enterprise has introduced face grinding machine developed for grinding the side faces of stone cutting circular saws. These are available in four models covering sizes [outer diameter] 400, 600, 1200 and 2000 mm. All these machines are fully automatic and suitable for volume production or small batch production. The machines have programmable grinding dressing and spark-out parameters. The fully automatic cycle assures high repeat accuracies of surfaces ground, and reduces fatigue to the operator. The machines are designed with high cutting velocity wheels and attain very high material removal rates and produce excellent surface finish [0.8 micron]. These machines are also useful for grinding faces of hhs circular saws [including relief grinding], slitting cutters, circular cold saws, and a host of similar components.
