• Add to Inquiry Basket | Cnc vertical machining centers manufactured by bharat fritz werner are cost-effective and user-friendly machines. These machining centers are ideal for auto components, die & mould, defence components, job shops, general engineering, aerospace components, etc. The cartridge type spindle assembly ensures high rigidity and stiffness. Precision angular contact ball bearings are provided for high-speed and accuracy. Spindle bearings are grease lubricated for life. The cnc vertical machining centers are designed for complex profile machining as well as heavy metal removal. They have armless drum-type automatic tool changer for directly picking up the tools. Right, accurate and dynamically balanced spindles are provided for precision machining. Standard features include: air blast for spindle nose cleaning, pneumatic tool clamping/declamping, automatic centralized lubrication system, telescopic covers & bellow, rigid tapping, manual pulse generator, serial interface rs232 port, machine lamp, machine cladding, installation kit, operation and maintenance manual, maintenance tool kit, pcmcia card, deadweight counter balance, e-manual [on-line alarm diagnostic guide], etc. Optional features are air gun, ac for electrical cabinet, 3-tier lamp, ring coolant, edge finder, air compressor, voltage stabilizer, etc. |
