Bharat fritz werner has introduced a horizontal machining center, model maxpro h650, for power, precision and flexibility. This is a high precision machining center designed to carry out various machining operations. It has many advanced features to become highly competitive. This machine becomes suitable for heavy duty machining with high productivity and flexibility due to its features like rigid structure, 22 kw spindle with is040/bt40 taper, 630 mm x 630 mm pallet, 24 m/min rapid feed, 180° swing type pallet changer, precision index table, servo driven tool magazine, etc.. This machine includes following main features :
- cartridge type spindle design,
- no tool clamping force on spindle bearing,
- hydraulic counterbalance for spindle head,
- manual rotation of pallet on loading station,
- safety lock for tool holders on magazine,
- retract rigid tapping feature,
- flood coolant nozzle around the spindle,
- high-pressure coolant through spindle,
- lm guide ways on all axes and ergonomically designed control pendant.
