The model em3 is a heavy-duty precision engraver these are equipped with versatile work tables, which travel longitudionally and transyersely controlled by hand wheels callibrated in 0.05 mm. All sliding surface are hand scraped. These have more ratio settings than any other units starting with 1.1 for use as a duplicator up to 50:1 for minute precision engraving. The spindle can be fixed in a stationary position and used independently of pantograph as a verification miller oddshaped part can be reproduced more economically and with better accuracy by pantographic method machining is done from start to finish in one set up from a single master template eliminating time consuming set ups and conventional tools.
