| Satra international has launched portable transistor induction heating machine thiswhich is available in 15 kva & 25 kva. The other features include heating machine is safety, quick heating and saves electricity. Its ddimensions include 180 x 410 [mm], weight : 16 kgs, 18 kgs.
the features of heating mmachine characteristics are 220 v 1/3 phase input power, fast heating, heating time & and keep warm are adjustable features and 24 hours continuous working is possible. Induction coil is easy to take apart or install. It which is suitable for carbon tungsten knife /tool clamp jig heating., metal high frequency hardening /annealing, powder metallurgy & metal heat treatment, metal silver soldering and brazing, small work - piece [i.E. Gear, shaft ] hardening and partial annealing or continuous annealing. It comes in the models gp 15, 15a, 15 b, 25 a and sp 25a. For the gp 15 range, the power source is 15 kva, power voltage is 1 omega 220 v. , output frequency is 30-100 khz and heating current is 200-600a, except in the case of gp-15b, where it is 100-1000a. In case of the gp and sp 25a models, the power source is 25kva, power voltage 3 omega 220 v, output frequency 30-110khz and heating current 100-1000a.
