| Madhukar engineering components offers `makar` precision vices made from ohns material, fully hardened and tempered to 54056 hrc, and ground all over to high accuracy. The parallelity and perpendicularity arc controlled within 5µ/100 mm. They are useful for surface grinding, spark edm, precision milling on cmc machining centres, and also wire edm, in tool rooms. These vices are available in five sizes. They are also available with sine base and swivel base, which allow tilling and rotation with high accuracy. The model hs [shown in the picture] is of conventional design with horizontal lead screw and gunmetal nut, `makar` vices are available in another model also with vector clamping.
