| Vaiseshika offers high precision dead weight calibrators designed and manufactured by a world-class manufacturer from the usa. Of all the devices and machines designed to measure mechanical forces, none has ever equalled the positive and unfailing accuracy obtainable with dead weights. Morehouse dead weight load cell calibrators have the standard capacities of: 500 lbf, 250 kgf, and 2500 n; 1000 lbf, 500 kgf, and 5000 n; 2000 lbf, 5000 lbf, 10000 lbf and 30000 lbf and the approximate equivalent in kilograms and newton`s. The calibrations can be done in both tension and compression modes. There are no intervening levers of flexures between the weight complements of the machine and the instrument being calibrated to introduce ratio and beam deflection errors. The loading stages are adjustable to accept instruments of varying heights and to allow for tension as well as compression calibrations. The weights supplied with machines are machined from stainless steel and are adjusted to better then 0.003% of their nominal weight. The accuracy of the weight is certified traceable to the national bureau of standards, usa.
