Lakshmi machine works manufactures a cnc lathe, model lal-2 which is designed for flexibility and economy in production of high quality parts. Salient features include:
i] reduced set up time - direct mounting of tools onto the turret face, total freedom in use of id and od operation tools at any of the turret stations, location of the operation panel within easy reach of an operator, clearly designated interference-free work area;
ii] the right degree of flexibility - a selection amongst eight versions allows application-specific operation and offers the desired degree of flexibility;
iii] reduced cycle time - high speed positioning and turret indexing reduces non-cut time to the minimum; use of optimum cutting parameters allows a balance to be achieved between tool life and in-cut time;
iv] outstanding reliability - product backed up by unfailing pre-sales and post-sales engineering service; and
v] economy in production - the right degree of flexibility for production in small lots or in large batches, reduced set up time, high speed machining, extreme reliability offer better economy.
