These machines are ideal for jobs like production as well as tool room applications. These cnc cylindrical grinding machines are available with salient features like siemens 802d cnc system; two axes; spindle work head controlled; digital ac servo motors for x & z axes; linear motion guideways for cross slide; cnc-controlled universal work head; constant surface speed of workpiece etc. The company also provides straight and angular wheel configurations as well as cnc dressing system where various profiles can be generated through programming. The cnc control of the swift 500-cnc cylindrical grinding machines permit multi-diameter external grinding in plunge or traverse, taper, radius, profile grinding, etc. The machines are also provided with a colour monitor with with graphic stimulation and an air-conditioning unit for control panel as additional accessories. |
