• Add to Inquiry Basket | Gedee weiler offers arno cutting tools. This technically superior range of tools offers cost-effective solutions for different metal cutting applications. The range includes solid carbide end mills, solid carbide drills, parting and grooving tools. For machining nonferrous and materials like stainless steel, arno offers a wide range of sintered and ground inserts. Arno has specialised in from 8.7 mm diameter can be comfortably done using these insert fitted boring bars. Arno grooving tools are available with 3 cutting edge indexable inserts in several forms and can be used on a single tool. Arno shark cut holders allow for applications namely drilling, boring, facing and od turning to be performed using a single tool. These tools are provided with through coolant facility, which helps to achieve high precision and productivity. Arno cutting tool range includes wiper geometry inserts for machining aluminium, stainless steel and exotic materials. The high demands for surface finish has become a prerequisite and is now possible to achieve in turning without proceeding for surface finish processes. Inserts are available for aluminium machining to provide good surface finish at high- speed rates. Arno shark drills are flexible and easy to use and provide good drilling results. Inserts have good geometry to provide highest repeat accuracy. Holes up to 10 d can be drilled. Range is available from 9.5 to 114 mm diameter. Arno solid carbide end mill cutters are available in a wide range and are suitable for high speed machining. The cutters are reasonably priced and can be used for milling hardened steel up to 70 hrc.
