| Murhopye scientific company manufacturesoffers a modular baby fermentor. , model mbf-1 is one of the model of modular baby fermenter . Various features provided by tthis small scale fermenter are;or offers high flexibility, efficiency and reliability. It is designed modular baby fermenter finds its applications infor: batch fermentation; continuous culture; cell culture; anaerobic applications; modular add on controls for agitation, aeration, temperature do2 control, ph control and foam control; and culture vessels with 1 l or 2 l volumes. Some of the advantageous features of t this new baby fermentor are; is designed for total flexibility in utilisation versatility and highly economical to use specially in all the educational institutions and basic r&d laboratories. Separate inexpensive modules are available for control of all possible parameters allow systems ranging from the simplest batch culture to a fully instrumented continuous culture system. Some of the hardware features of baby fermenter include;the basic fermentor is available with magnetically coupled bottom agitator and i l or 2 l glass vessel assembly, aeration system with built-in air compressor, inlet, outlet filter, rotameter with needle valve and temperature control module with digital pid control and pt 100 sensor, heater and cooling water valve.
