• Add to Inquiry Basket | Steel plant specialities offers espon-ta a coolant-cum-lubricant in paste and liquid form. It reduces tap breakages and the resultant savings in tap cost. It reduces tap wear and improved tap life due to longer retention of sharpness and hardness. It improves surface finish of the tapped areas. Chips do not get accumulated in the threaded holes. Hence accurate dimensional checking is possible. Reduced cutting force and torque in tapping lessens worker-fatigue, leading to improved productivity. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic and safe lubricant to handle. It is very useful in the case of difficult to machine materials like austenitic stainless steel, nickel base alloys and aluminium alloys. It is designed primarily for improved tapping performance. It can also be used as an additional coolant-cum-lubricant in turning, milling, shaping, drilling or reaming where continuous cooling may or may not be provided. It is very useful to the manufacturers of machine tools, heavy machines, valves, pneumatic equipment, hydraulic systems, electrical fittings and also to every unit requiring machine tapping or hand tapping.
