Imperial products of india offers a scrap winder, which is useful for winding the scrap generated by blanking on the power press. It avoids handling problem of this scrap material. The machine has independent drive and is actuated by the loop control system, its speed is automatically synchronised with the line speed of the strip. If the power press has motorised decoder, feeder and scrap winder then it becomes a fully automatic operation. The machine is a heavy duty steel fabricated structure with motor, worm reduction gearbox, two limit switches and loop control system. The drum is expandable manually and hydraulically with snubber on the drum to avoid daring of coil.
