| Stephenson & co. Supplies internal lobe pumps that operates on a unique pumping concept resulting in extremely reliable, simple design. There are only two pumping elements and the flow of liquid is axial through the elementsand hereby resulting in supreme suction features for the internal lobe pumps, which are impossible to get in double helical gear pumps. Besides this the internal lobe pumps have only one shaft well supported at both ends of rotor for smooth, vibration-free running and removing bearing problems normally found in conventional gear pumps. These internal lobe pumps from stephenson & co. Possess very low noise level and require practically no maintenance and has much longer service life than other types. Some of the characteristic applications for internal lobe pumps are transfer of lubricating oil from barrels/tanks; pressure lubrication; and cooling of bearings, oil circulation, gear lubrication, etc.
