The micro conolec machine automation systems are useful for applications like controller for auto bruter machine for diamond polishing; gridle grinding of rough stone controlled by programmed parameters like grinding time, span length, span speed, etc in a pre-programmed diameter and the machines stops automatically when it is achieved; implemented for pharmaceutical industry include stepper motor controller with algorithm programmed to react in defined manner to various inputs like proxies, elapse of time period, etc; multiple counters in one system with logical profile for actions to be taken on completion of predefined counts; and leak detector machine automation system implements detection of leaking bottles and rejection/acceptance algorithm. The systems should be imparted with flexibility allowing the user to program benchmark pressure and flow measures for acceptance and rejection. This unique feature makes the machine versatile enough to be used for small to very big bottles.
