| Mitsuba systems suppliesoffers the patented ez coat powder tap system. This powder coating system which makes colour change extremely quick and simple. With this, it is also now possible to spray powder directly from the powder box without unloading it in a hopper. The powder coating system comprises of a control panel, patented carona powder spray gun, trolley with cradle to house the powder box and powder pump with powder tap. The powder box of the powder coating system is loaded on the cradle and the powder tap with pump is inserted in the box for spraying purposes. For changing colour, all one has to do is eliminateremove the powder tap, change the powder box and replace the pump for changing colour. In fact, there is absolutely no cleaning involved, and no need to even open the powder box. It remains factory-sealed, which eliminates eliminating contamination problems by moisture, other colours, silicone, lint, hair and other impurities. The powder tap of the powder coating system is a patented device that satisfies high volume, low volume and special colour coating needsrequirements - quickly, efficiently and economically.
