| Poona brush company is engaged in the manufacture of industrial and special purpose brushes. The company has come out in the market with spiral roller brushes manufactured on specialized equipment. Abrasive/non abrasive filaments are clamped in ss plate. The brushes are wound spirally with required id and internally welded. These brushes are extensively used in sheet metal industry.
These are available in segment of required length or can be wound over shaft continuously in one piece. Spiral rollers are made with desired id, od and length. These brushes are used extensively in manufacturing line of sheet metal industries like steel, brass, aluminium, etc.
Bristle materials of a variety of compositions, grades like nylon 6, 66, 612, abrasive nylon with sica/al2 o3 impregnation can be used. The company has installed a cnc brush machine from zahoransky [germany], a first of its kind in asia.
This is a 5-axis machine, a heavy-duty machine that has a capacity of making rollers of maximum diameter 500 mm and length 700 mm. The versatility of this machine allows making brushes of any kind of special profile.
Brushes of a variety of shapes, profiles like range of flat brushes, cup shaped brushes and rollers can be made on this machine.
