| Shiv machine tools supply hi-tech and compace vertical machining centre. These vertical machining centres are designed for precision, high speed and heavy duty machining. Machine structure is made of high quality meehanite cast iron with annealing treatment to release residual stress. This ensures stability of casting, rigidity and wear-resistance and distortion resistance. Salient features of the vertical machining center manufactured by shiv machine tools: best rigidity is ensured by conforming to the box type design. The double nut ball screws are preloaded from both ends to compensate the thermal deformation. The direct drive transmission system with precision couplings reduces backlash to minimum. All three axis are equipped with the telescopic cover to protect the transmission system from the chips. The x, y, z, axes adopt high damping capacity square slide way to get heavy duty cutting capacity. All the lubrication system are full closed to avoid any contamination. Geometrical accuracy is maintained by fixing the counter weight chain. Lubricant collection system is independent, to avoid contamination of cutting fluid. Specifications of the vertical machining center manufactured by shiv machine tools: spindle head equipped with fanuc alpha p18 adapt heavy duty cutting and deep hole working. Large wide travelling 610-640 m on y axis suitable for requirement of square molding business. All design include fully enclosed splash guard meet ce, ul specification.
