• Add to Inquiry Basket | Shiv machine tools supplies herbert-smith high aped all geared precision lathes manufactured in compliance with european standards [ce]. The model 6236 is a heavy-duty sized lathe. The machine has swing over bed of 356 mm and distance between centre of 1,000 mm run with a 3 hp three-phase electric motor. The spindle runs at speeds from 45 to 1,800 rpm due to the presence of dynamically balanced spindles. Induction hardened guideways provides better wear and tear resistance and better performance. The life span of all geared heads increases due to hardened and ground gears. The machine can cut 50 kinds of dp thread and various types of british and metric threads. The company also provides foot brake system, coolant equipment, steady rest, follow rest, 3-jay chuck, 4-jaw chuck, chip tray, splash guard, reduction sleeve, machine lamp, thread dial indicator, change gears and face plate along with the machine. There are options like one or two axis digital read out system, taper turning attachment and quick-change tool post. |
