| Tmpl electronics has manufactured model rs-20 pcb repair/flow soldering station for card repair/component tinning/component soldering and removing individual components from a populated pcb. The soldering station is also useful for resoldering new components with least effort or for accurate tinning of components or small pcb assemblies. The pcb repair/flow-soldering station comprises of motor driven dc pump; maintenance free ac motor option with drive for accurate height setting. The soldering station generates 1 to 6 mm range settable wave to suit individual requirements. The operational property of the pcb repair/flow soldering station is hold the affected part of the populated pcb over the molten solder bath for a new seconds, remove the faulty component by an ic remover or core cap, use hot air blow-off gun to dear component mounting holes insert the new component, and hold the pcb over the bath to re-solder. Either manually tinned components or pneumatic attachments are used to obtain better quality in the case of tinning operation of the pcb repair/flow soldering station. The pcb repair/flow soldering station machine is equipped with solder pump, motor, solder pot with heaters, `k` type thermocouple and pid temperature controller cum indicator, with leveling bolts. Some of the salient features of these pcb repair/flow soldering station include station insulated all round with ceramic insulation to conserve heat energy; different types of plug-in ss/titanium nozzles; customer-specific nozzles; ss316l/titanium contact parts with solder; interlock to prevent solder pump motor start up till the pre-set solder temperature is reached.
