Major advantage of this wall storage system is that one can choose from a range of 10 sizes of drawers from 50 mm to 300 mm height [with load carrying capacity of 100 kg or 200 kg udl]. Apart from range-width these drawers are interchangeable and can be used in various combinations as per requirement. All drawers can accommodate various accessories. The drawers can also accommodate tool cradles and tool holder frames, which can accommodate tool holders. Technical specifications: a three bay unit of the wall storage system has a basic configuration like 2000 mm [h] x 2186 mm [w] x 703 mm [d]; load capacity of a rack is 4500 kg; and clear height 1900 mm. It consists of 4 sets [2 per set] of vertical side frames - 3 top and 3 bottom, 2 side cladding and 3 back cladding. Add-on configuration based on single bay unit: 2000 mm [h] x 711 mm [w] x 703 mm [d]. This consists of 1 set of vertical side frame, 1 top and 1 bottom and 1 back cladding. The backbone of the wall storage is the crca steel multi-fold formed vertical side frame. This side frame has apertures at 25 mm pitch, which allows the mounting of drawers or shelves at any required height. Steel back cladding and side cladding stabilize the storage wall.
