Neubauplan machine design studio, a pioneer organisation, designs machines and proving prototypes. The designs are perfected to the minutest deatil and often work well in the first trial itself. Teh yarn sample winders [model 8803], are perfectly small and compactmachines designed for preparing single- yarn colour and texture samples to be displayed in a shade card. These machines can wind 2 strands of yarn onto 2 sample strips at a time and have 2 such heads, making them 4- spindle machines. They run on two 100 w single-phase motorsand essentially noiseless and free of maintenance. The designs are meant for fine-to-medium denier yarn and can also work with plain spun yarns, multi-filament yarns and 2-for-1 doubled yarns.
