| Toshni-tek international offers metal plate detector. Double fed metal plate detector [dd series] is one of the intelligence devices from keyence. This double fed metal plate detector that guides automated production process. Some of the advantages of dd series are: it detects overlapping of sheets, foils, frames, pipes, etc. This dd series it also detects excess or reduction in quantity of foils, sheets, frames, etc, which enhances precautionary steps to be taken. Metal plate detectordd can be applied used in aluminium, pipe, steel, electroplating, metal forming, sheet metal industries, etc. Control output of the metal plate detector can be connected to a plc for further process control. These metal plate detectors are high precision sensors which feature a compact sensor head and an amplifier. Dd series are of two types- 2-head type and 1-head type. The metal plate detector can be set to different target thickness and response time can be adjusted. This metal plate detectorit detects the double fed metal plates with various thicknesses [0.01 mm to 10 mm], and the output levels of the detector can be confirmed by using bar graph.
