| Sinex primemovers supplies pneumatic rotary ball vibrators in which the rotating force vector is generated by impinging a powerful jet of air on to a heavy ball to spin it on wear resistant track housed in a sealed body. This force can be beneficially used for agitating bulk materials to promote flow through bins, hoppers, feed pipes, chutes, gravity ducts, etc. And to release entangled components in magazines and track cages for their smooth feeding. Since working mechanism is in a sealed body, the vibrators are unaffected by dirt, dust and environmental moisture and work maintenance free for long years. They are intrinsically safe to suit fire hazard areas, are self-cooling to stand warm, ambient and generate noise insignificant in industrial environment. These vibrators are inexpensive to install and operate, are light and compact and have foundation holes for two different mounting styles. They are also amenable to finger tip frequency regulation for making them work close to natural frequency for best results with minimum power consumption. There are seven models available covering 1000 to 12000 nt s force and 100 hz to 600 hz frequencies.
